
The N60J CNC hobbing machine is a CNC hobbing machine with 5 servo control axes and four linkage functions. It adopts the Chinese Heidemeng CNC system and is equipped with a human-machine interaction interface. The various motion axes of the machine tool, including the B, C, X, Z, and Y axes, are all controlled by CNC, and the B, C, X, and Z axes can be linked together. The tooth splitting motion, feed compensation motion, and differential feed compensation motion during the gear cutting process are completed by the software electronic gearbox (EGB), which greatly shortens the transmission chain. After adopting semi closed loop or fully closed loop control, numerical control compensation can improve the positioning accuracy and repeatability accuracy of each axis, thereby enhancing the machining accuracy and Cp value of the machine tool, and improving its reliability. This machine tool can process gear shafts and gears (including straight teeth, helical teeth, drum teeth, synchronous teeth, spline teeth, worm gears, bevel teeth, etc.) through expansion or division, and is widely used in industries such as robotics, aerospace, automobiles, smart homes, power tools, reducers, medical equipment, etc.
