The N40 high-speed CNC gear hobbing machine is an advanced high-speed small module gear hobbing equipment. The machine tool adopts a horizontal structure layout, precision casting bed body, and enclosed body cover. Equipped with Higeman control system (or optional FANUC control system), it is operated by 8 CNC control axes, namely B (tool spindle), C (workpiece spindle), C1 (tailstock spindle), A (helix angle rotation axis), X (tool radial feed axis), Z (workpiece axial feed axis), Z1 (tailstock axial feed, can move synchronously with the Z axis), Y (tool movement axis), among which B, C, X, Z are linked; The human-computer interaction interface is easy to operate and does not require complex programming; Based on the principle of generating method, the meshing process of gears is simulated by the relative motion between the rolling cutter and the workpiece, and the gear tooth profile is machined on the workpiece. Accurately control the cutting trajectory of the rolling cutter and the rotation of the workpiece to achieve efficient and high-precision gear machining; The processing accuracy can reach 5-6 levels of GB/T10095-2008, and is widely used in industries such as robotics, aerospace, smart homes, clocks, home appliances, instruments, and medical devices. The design of dual workpiece spindle C/C1 and dual axis feed Z/Z1 structure is particularly suitable for the machining of high-precision small and micro gears and gear shafts (slender shafts can be clamped and tightened by double heads).
