The NAIGOO G120CNC CNC gear hobbing machine is a horizontal structure, four-axis, three-linked machine model developed for small and medium-sized gear processing enterprises. The B, C, X, and Z axes are driven by four sets of servo motors respectively, with the B, C, and X axes linked. The rotational speed of the hobbing shaft reaches 2000rpm/min. The guide rails are made of hard rails, which maintain stable precision after precision scraping, and exhibit excellent rigidity, enabling the processing of steel workpieces with a hardness of HRC60.
