With the continuous development of the domestic equipment manufacturing industry, there is a wide and large demand for gears in both domestic and foreign markets, with increasingly higher requirements for precision and efficiency. To meet the urgent market needs and cater to the development trend of "machine substitution" proposed by governments at all levels, we have overcome multiple technical bottlenecks and independently developed the YGS3610C CNC high-efficiency dry and wet cutting fully automatic horizontal CNC gear hobbing machine (eight-axis), filling a domestic gap and achieving a leading domestic level.

This product is capable of processing cylindrical gears, helical gears, crown gears, worm gears, and spline gears with a modulus of up to 2.5. It can machine gears with 2 to 999 teeth and is widely applicable in various fields such as automobiles, motorcycles, power tools, gear reducers, hydraulic machinery, and military machinery.

The product has been developed with technologies such as servo CNC axis tool shifting, specialized machining software, automatic detection of circulating lubrication, and fault self-diagnosis. It also features secondary precision tool setting devices, automatic deburring, and fully automated loading and unloading devices. This enables efficient dry and wet cutting, fully automated CNC gear hobbing, and processing of both soft and hard tooth surfaces with eight axes. The product boasts high automation, high machining accuracy (reaching national standard level 6), high production efficiency, and environmental friendliness.
